THE PROJECT
In September, At the Economic Campus of San Giobbe in Venice, Ca' Foscari University, the important and much-awaited Strategy Innovation Forum event will take place.
Since 2015, SIF - Strategy Innovation Forum has brought together the unique think tank Italian in the field of strategic innovation. The forum involves entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, academics and political figures in order to create and disseminate knowledge and relationships for the transformation of the entrepreneurial system. Each edition of SIF is developed around scientific research analysing the possible impact of social and technological innovations on business models, and this year working and discussion tables have been reintroduced, which will provide for a more active involvement of participants.
OBJECTIVES
In addition to that of create a meeting point to discuss relevant times in the technology landscape, such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, and provide users with a digital tool that could contribute to the enjoyment of the eventthe aim of Ca' Foscari and Strategy Innovation, organisers and promoters of the event, is also to create a group of companies, capable of communicating and collaborating with each other in a synergetic manner for the benefit of all.
Seeing ourselves completely in this perspective and vision, we have made an important partnership with Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
The Strategy Innovation Forum, a think tank on strategic innovation at Ca' Foscari University Venice has been collaborating with Synextya since 2020. The team supported us with proactivity, expertise and patience in building an app for our event that allowed us to offer an innovative and more engaging digital and physical experience to all participants. Born out of a need related to the pandemic and then becoming a solution we could no longer give up, the construction of the app and a customised registration system have been confirmed in subsequent editions of the event. The experience with Synextya has been very positive and the cooperation has become more and more established. So, yes I would choose Synextya again!
THE PROJECT WITH SYNEXTYA
The project, which started in 2020, led to the development of theAPP that allowed live streaming of the event even during the COVID emergency and has becomehe main digital tool for enjoying the event.
We provided the client with a web panel that allows them to manage all content within the app and to communicate with participants at any time.
The native app, made for iOS and Android operating systems, allows you to follow the event via streaming but is also the main digital tool around which the event revolves.
Participants have to log in, after registering, by showing the QR code in the app profile. From the same screen they can choose whether to share their contacts with the rest of the SIF community, allowing them to be contacted by e-mail or via Whatsapp.
Inside are the how to access the event, the constantly updated programme, the news sectionthe section partners and community functionalityto connect participants with each other in a digital 100% manner.
