We are looking for a* IT Business Analyst freelance senior to work permanently with Synextya (approx. 100 h/month). You will be in charge of analysing complex digital infrastructures, mapping business processes and needs, supporting the technical team in task structuring and project flow management according to Agile methodology.
You will accompany Synextya in the digital transformation of our customers, acting as bridge between business needs and technical team. You will identify critical issues, translate business visions into functional requirements, support technical development and ensure delivery aligned to objectives.
MAIN TASKS
- Digital infrastructure analysis and business process mapping (workflows, user journeys)
- Collection and formalisation of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process diagrams
- Drafting of technical and functional documentation for development teams, customers and stakeholders
- Facilitation between non-technical users and tech teams, agile governance with tools such as Trello and similar management systems
- Support in defining business case, digital roadmap, risk assessment and change adoption strategies
- UAT testing, drafting of acceptance cases, preliminary functional verification and performance monitoring
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in IT (min. 3 years)
- Fluent communication in Italian and English
- Excellent technical documentation skills, writing of use cases, presentation of reports, requirements, diagrams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Advanced skills in data analysis, process modelling, stakeholder management
- Excellent technical and functional writing skills
- Ability to facilitate dialogue between non-technical stakeholders and the development team
- Excellent communication, synthesis and interpersonal soft skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Technical background (former developer or basic knowledge of software languages and architectures)
- Certifications such as Scrum Developer or scope-related
- Experience in the SME / industry / digital services sector
- Previous experience in software houses, system integrators or digital agencies
- UI/UX skills or experience in designing digital platforms
- Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g. Miro)
