THE CASE STUDY

DMO Petcare, operator of the L'Isola dei Tesori chain, collaborated with Synextya to develop an intuitive platform that allows employees to book company meals and contracted restaurants to manage their menus and attendance independently.

THE CUSTOMER

DMO Petcare is the group that runs a chain of shops - L'Isola dei Tesori - that mainly sell pet food and pet care products.

THE CHALLENGE

The collaboration between L'Isola dei Tesori and Synextya did not arise from a need related to their core business, but from an internal need within the company: to realise a intuitive and essential platform for autonomous management of daily corporate meal bookings by the employees of L'Isola dei Tesori.

THE SOLUTION

In order to handle the customer's request, auser interface with a focus on user experience.

In addition to the design and development of the employee platform, a autonomous management platform dedicated to restaurants contracted with the company, who can create menus independently and manage attendance, with the addition of monthly statistics.

This contributed to making the whole booking flow a dynamic and autonomous process for both types of users.

To manage further functionality, a special administration panel was devised to help monitor and manage the interaction between users and restaurants, and to manage content.
