YOUTOOL // design out of the box was was launched virtually on 19 September 2011 and supports the passion for design as a value and tool that transforms ideas into functional and timeless products.
YOUTOOL// design out of the box is a network of design professionals which offers companies innovative projects and services in conception, production, communication and sales.
THE CHALLENGE
The target set was to increase the involvement of participants in the event and support them in finding their way around the streets of the centre of Bologna. In fact, a particular characteristic of the event is its spread throughout the entire historic centre area, involving art galleries and design shops.
Bologna Design Week is an event conceived and organised by Youtool, a communication agency that has been facilitating meetings between designers and companies since 2011. It is an annual event organised in the city centre in collaboration with Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings.
THE SOLUTION
The product Culture mAppuses native apps based on geolocation and filters to quickly browse and find all the events, by category, divided into the days of Bologna Design Week.
