THE CUSTOMER
The shopping centres I Petali (RE) & Le Befane (RN) are two of the main CCs in the Emilia Romagna region which comprise both local and international shops, as well as boasting several restaurants and a theatre.
The project was developed in collaboration with H2m Studio s.r.l., which created the user experience and user interface, and the Ferrara-based communication agency Network Propaganda.

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge posed to Synextya was to create two native apps that allowed CC customers, not only to keep track of their fidelity card points balance, but also to be able to view the centres' opening hours and main information, as well as the list of shops present and promotions active at any given time.
THE SOLUTION
The two native apps developed, for iOS and Android operating systems, integrate with Daduù CRM so that each shopping centre can manage its customer database and build loyalty among visitors to the shopping centre through customised offers and communications.
