To create a fully digital and innovative platform for the use of welfare services, dedicated to employees of structured companies.
I have been working with Synextya since the beginning of 2021 and have immediately found professionalism, helpfulness and real expertise. THE STRUCTURE
Cloud and database infrastructure
Study and implementation of the cloud infrastructure (AWS) and database. Digitisation of the welfare voucher creation and verification process.
Beneficiary Portal
Design and development of a web portal for company employees to make use of welfare services.
Management panel
Administration panel for managing services, human resources and service requests.
Partner Portal and Integrations
Design and development of a dedicated portal for partners providing welfare services and integration via API or SSO with external digital partners
THE SOLUTION
To manage the functionality and interaction with the end-user we created different levels of access, differentiated by administrator roles such as customer service and back office, with dedicated access to corporate HR for monitoring and managing employee budgets.
In addition, the portal provides aVALYOUNESS partner area which provides the various welfare services, through which partners will be able to independently manage both content and administration.
Dashboard
- Welfare credit: The company can load each user with personalised figures that can be spent on welfare
- Partner services and offers: The company can upload a rich catalogue of products offered by partners, i.e. digital portals or local businesses
- Movement history: List of all transactions carried out and download of purchased vouchers
Integrations with external partners
In addition to direct offers, Valyouness offers a wide range of products that can be purchased through external partners covering all welfare areas: from sport to wellness and travel.
