Case study: Re Mago – Through Sense For Ospitality

The ambitious “Internet Of Things” project uses Bluetooth low energy technology to establish communication between the smartphone and innovative device, made by Remago, which gives the user control of all luxury hotel rooms features.

Re Mago stands out in the market for having developed a powerful software allowing for more interactive collaboration during meetings.

Their software is currently running on some of the world’s most popular interactive displays and projectors (Epson, Ricoh, Samsung, Legamaster, SMART Technologies and many more).

The challenge

The challenge posed to Synextya was to create two native apps which would allow hotel guests to customize their stay with the control of devices and home automation completely from their device.

The solution

The collaboration between the Synextya team and Remago Italia (Remago Holding LTD), has led to the creation of two native apps for iOS and Android operating systems, for the ThroughSense For Hospitality project.

Through the apps hotel guests are able to control the monitors and televisions within their room, display notifications, weather, news, radio and television, as well as having the ability to control the shutters, lights, temperature, alarm clock and specific services within the building.
