Mindset from dev, approach from leader: the book for your business
Written by Andrea Lissandrin and Lorenzo Farinelli, Think Like a Dev addresses the dynamics between business and development, helping managers and professionals to collaborate
A bridge between
development and management
"Think Like a Dev" addresses the day-to-day dynamics of software design, offering a concrete, direct and often untold insight. From communicating with customers to managing time and expectations to writing code, it is a guide to deeply understanding the developer mindset and improving processes in the company.
"In the universe of technology and business, there is a communication gulf separating seemingly irreconcilable worlds: that of managers and entrepreneurs, on the one hand, and that of technicians and developers, on the other. An abyss made up of different languages, priorities and ways of thinking that seem to proceed on parallel tracks."
"I give you the opportunity to get inside the head of a developer and look at the world through his eyes, just like in the Kauffman's film Being John Malkovich. Only only here, instead of staying ten minutes, you'll stay a bit longer. a little longer. "Andrea Lissandrin | Author | IT consultant and entrepreneur
