We are looking for a* <\/span>IT Business Analyst freelance senior<\/b> to work permanently with Synextya (approx. 100 h\/month). You will be in charge of analysing complex digital infrastructures, mapping business processes and needs, supporting the technical team in task structuring and project flow management according to Agile methodology.<\/span><\/p>

You will accompany Synextya in the <\/span>digital transformation<\/b> of our customers, acting as <\/span>bridge between business needs and technical team<\/b>. You will identify critical issues, translate business visions into functional requirements, support technical development and ensure delivery aligned to objectives.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • Digital infrastructure analysis and business process mapping (workflows, user journeys)<\/span><\/li>
  • Collection and formalisation of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process diagrams<\/span><\/li>
  • Drafting of technical and functional documentation for development teams, customers and stakeholders<\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitation between non-technical users and tech teams, agile governance with tools such as Trello and similar management systems<\/span><\/li>
  • Support in defining business case, digital roadmap, risk assessment and change adoption strategies<\/span><\/li>
  • UAT testing, drafting of acceptance cases, preliminary functional verification and performance monitoring<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • Proven experience as Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in IT (min. 3 years)<\/span><\/li>
    • Fluent communication in Italian and English<\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent technical documentation skills, writing of use cases, presentation of reports, requirements, diagrams<\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with Agile\/Scrum methodologies and project management tools<\/span><\/li>
    • Advanced skills in data analysis, process modelling, stakeholder management<\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent technical and functional writing skills<\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to facilitate dialogue between non-technical stakeholders and the development team<\/span><\/li>

      • Previous experience in software houses, system integrators or digital agencies<\/span><\/li>
      • UI\/UX skills or experience in designing digital platforms<\/span><\/li>
